- A refund will only be issued if:
- The item is out of stock.
- The product arrives damaged, incorrect, or not as described.
- You recieve the wrong size or color.
- To request a refund, you must contact us through email.
- We cannot provide refunds if:
- The shipping carrier loses the package.
- An incorrect or incomplete address is entered at checkout.
- An order is returned to us due to customer error.
- Shipping Insurance: If you purchase insurance, you may file a claim with clear proof of the issue. Insurance does not apply if tracking shows the package delivered to the address provided.
- Size adjustments:
- Not possible on premade items.
- Allowed on preorders only, and requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase.
- Approved refunds may take 5-7 business days to appear in your account.
- Suspected fraudulent orders will be cancelled and refunded to the original payment method.
- We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion.
